Hi! My name is Alyssa Wright, and I’m from Scottsdale, AZ. I’m part of the Class of 2028, and beach volleyball is a huge part of my life. I love the competition, the teamwork, and the challenge of playing in the sand.

I’ve lived in Scottsdale my whole life, and my family means everything to me. They are always supporting me in both volleyball and school. I have one brother, and I’m the youngest in the family.

Beach volleyball has taught me how to work hard, stay focused, and push through challenges. Outside of volleyball, I also work as a hostess at a restaurant, which has helped me become more responsible and better with communication and time management. Balancing school, work, and sports has taught me how to stay organized and manage my time effectively.

In the classroom, I take my academics seriously and currently have a 3.65 GPA.

Every day, I’m working toward my goal of continuing my education and playing beach volleyball at the college level, and I’m excited about what the future holds.
